The Transforming Leadership & Governance seminar is a highly professional and interactive value-based leadership development series that grows and builds effective leaders to spearhead transformation. This 40 hour leadership program focuses on core principles of transforming leadership and emphasizes contextual and effective application of these value-based principles.
Value-based Leadership Coaching
ILF’s coaching program is designed for leaders who want to develop a coaching approach to leadership. It is a six month transformation-based experience in which our certified coach partners with the coachee on a process for personal and professional development.
Value-based Leadership Coaching
ILF’s Value-based Leadership Coaching is a developmental relationship where a coach and a coachee agree on a process for personal and professional development for leading change. ILF’s Value-Based Coaching model provides a process to support personal and professional transformation. Value-Based Coaching includes the change and integration of Character, Calling, Competence, Communication, Creative Leadership and Capacity Building into the life and leadership of the protégée. Effective coaching encourages the development of private and public integrity. Good character is formed when coaching is practiced into a new habit for leading change. Once the protégées receive and respond to the desired change, it leads to a change in life and leadership practice for leading transformation.
The desired outcomes for Value-based Coaching for Transformation are threefold:
1. Coaches help others to positively shift their values and mindset using effective questioning and active listening skills by building self-awareness and responsibility.
2. Coaches learn and practice skills for ‘value-based coaching’ for life and leadership in order to empower others to become agents of transformation.
3. Coaches inspire protégées to build other leaders of integrity, through life and leadership coaching, who in turn will spearhead societal transformation.

Young Leaders League is a youth initiative aimed at building young leaders of integrity through practical life skills workshops, youth events and mentorship programs.
The International Leadership Foundation partners with educational institutions, youth clubs and youth organizations to deliver these programs aimed at building young leaders of integrity who have skills to bring holistic change to their communities and nation.
