Lepan Tyoden

Lepan Tyoden graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria, with a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering. He also has a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science from the same college. Mr. Tyoden is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and the Nigeria Metallurgical Society. He holds a M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Management and a second M.A. in Transformational Leadership.

For more than 23 years, Mr. Tyoden has worked with the Great Commission Movement, serving as National and West African Training Director and Regional Director for Central and Northeast Nigeria. He is also a staff leader for the International Leadership Foundation in Africa, serving as the National Operations Director in Nigeria. He is a certified facilitator for building powerful ministry teams, a trained coach, and a certified trauma healing facilitator.

Currently, Lepan is a Ph.D. student of Peace Studies at The International Graduate School for Leadership, Manila, Philippines. He is passionate about leadership and is focused on preparing the next generation of leaders to make an impact through active coaching. He has mentored many people and has a wealth of experience in coaching.

Lepan is married to Cecilia, and they have three children.
