Dr. Victor Koh

Victor A. Koh is the International Leadership Foundation’s (ILF) Vice President for Social and Economic Development. He is an Advisor and Council Member to the Government of Kenya’s National Economic and Social Council in the Office of the President. He has traveled, consulted, lectured, and spoken in over 125 countries in the last 40 years at international seminars, conferences, and conventions. He has served on numerous international boards of for-profit and non-profit organizations, educational institutions, corporations, and companies.

Dr. Koh was born and educated in Singapore, receiving his B.Sc. degree from the University of Singapore. He has earned M.A. degrees in Leadership, Management, and International Marketing. He received a Ph.D. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in the USA. Dr. Koh specializes in Leadership, Management, and Economic and Social Development. 

Dr. Koh is a professor of Business Administration and was a M.B.A. Professor of Marketing Management with the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York, and taught in the American M.B.A. degree program at the Dalian University of Technology in China, which the administration of U.S. President Ronald Reagan sponsored.

As a regular speaker, Dr. Koh is a senior facilitator in the Transforming Leadership & Governance Seminars organized by the International Leadership Foundation for government, business, and educational leaders in 15 African nations.

The Prime Minister of Singapore recognizes Dr. Koh as a “Pioneer Generation” member who helped to build today’s Singapore.
