Chieftaincy & Community for Transformation (CACOT)
ILF partners with CACOT in helping Christian Chiefs and Queen Mothers in West Africa in leading transformation in their constituencies based on biblical-centered principles.
CACOT has been instrumental in the formation of Queens Associations in nine (9) districts in the Central Region of Ghana. CACOT seminars effectively coach the Queens in leading change and initiating community development programs.
Additionally, CACOT works with senior high school students through a program of youth coaching (pictured below right, with Pastor Janet Anyetey, in green shirt). Students receive advice, encouragement and the necessary tools to discover their purpose in life, potential for development and possible barriers to achieving their purposes.
Pastor Janet Anyetey (below left, center in blue dress) began CACOT in October 2005 to help begin the process of transforming lives and communities throughout West Africa.
