International Leadership University Africa (ILU-Africa) develops leaders of integrity who can spearhead spiritual, social and material transformation in society. Specifically, ILU takes leadership development to professional, business, government, and church leaders who need to improve their leadership effectiveness.
- ILU challenges students to develop theories for leading change in society. Part of the academic requirement is to utilize these theories in designing processes of change and to lead change in their spheres of influence. Graduates will have sharpened skills of observing phenomena, formulating problems, designing processes of change, and leading change effectively.
- ILU has a network of leadership universities that are strategically working towards collective synergistic impact to bring lasting transformation to African society. In addition, ILU plans to utilize modern technology to help develop more leaders in more affordable ways.
- ILU degrees are public university degrees. As a result ILU graduates are accepted as qualified leaders in the corporate, professional and religious spheres of society.
