The Organizational Audit and Development Services is operating in countries in which ILF holds Transforming Leadership Seminars and where International Leadership University sites are exisitng (Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe).
To ensure effective application of the principles of Transforming Leadership to the public spheres of life, ILF works with the following objectives:
- Provide organizational audits for corporations and other institutions in how leadership is impacting their mission.
- Conduct research and provide information on how new understandings and practices of leadership can help develop high performance organizations.
- Provide coaching for developing the kinds of leaders needed to move institutions to higher levels of performance.
