Young Leaders League (Y2L)

Africa has no greater challenge than the need for leaders of integrity with the competencies to lead transformation of all areas of society. In addressing this need, it is critical that the youth of today are not left to grow with the same problems that have brought the continent to where it is today. To break this cycle of crises, it is important to help the youth, especially those of high school age, to understand how to lead change towards a better future. One significant way to do this is to equip the youth of Africa with Transforming Leadership paradigms. Emerging leaders need to discern how to bring their faith to bear on the issues of life. ILF seeks to invest in the lives of the future leaders of the continent. Young Leaders Clubs have started in various secondary schools in Cameroon.

Leadership and Development Studies Curriculum (LADS)

The LADS (Leadership and Development Studies) Curriculum initiative aims at developing a special curriculum on leadership and development to be used in secondary educational institutions across the continent of Africa.  This curriculum was designed on the continent by African specialists for emerging African leaders.  The LADS taskforce began its first curriculum design meeting in Harare, Zimbabwe and continued in Bujumbura, Burundi and Accra, Ghana with government and educational leaders.
