Transforming Leadership Seminars (TLS)

This professional seminar series is designed for leaders in government, business, education, and the church.

Objectives:

  • Help leaders understand the transforming leadership paradigm
  • Help leaders exercise effective leadership and bring positive change to their spheres of responsibility and involvement
  • Equip leaders as effective coaches who are leading transformation
  • Create a community of coaches who are developing effective transforming leaders

The TLS comprises of multiple levels of basic training and an advanced coaching training.  The curriculum includes the following 12 Transforming Leadership Principles.©

  1. Character Formation: Pursue personal integrity
  2. Call: Clarifying your life calling
  3. Commitment: Commit to a life calling
  4. Community Building: Build a healthy community with common values & mission
  5. Creativity: Decide on a creative course of action
  6. Capacity Building: Increasingly build capacity
  7. Coaching: Develop change leaders
  8. Change Leadership: Lead change
  9. Communication: Communicate for change
  10. Collaboration: Engage in strategic collaborative leadership
  11. Celebrative Leadership: Celebrating success … and completion
  12. Continuation: In built self-evaluation, self-improvement, & self-perpetuation

ILF Certified Coaches:  In order to qualify as a ILF-certified coach, one must successfully attend TLS level 1-3 and TLS-Advanced Coaching. In addition, one must submit: application papers from each of the levels of TLS, organizational audit, and personal life-map. An ILF-certified coach must be coaching others in his or her circle of leadership influence.
